Part-time Admin (A22074)

Working location: Sunview Road

Working hours: 12pm to 5pm (Mon, Weds and Fri)

Salary: $15 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other digital systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain electronic and hard copy files, records, and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
• Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders for supplies, and maintain inventory records
• Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and courier services, as well as other general office tasks
• Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, memos, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide administrative support to various departments or teams as required, adapting to changing priorities and needs
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess 1 year relevant experience in similar role
• Computer Literate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year commitment to long-term
