Part-time Admin Assistant ($12/hr) - Orchard Rd

Looking for Regular Part-time Admin Assistants

The position is available on a Regular Part-time basis till Dec 2024.

Location: Orchard Rd (5 min walk from MRT)

• Job function - Admin support
• Immediate availability
• Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm
• Able to commit at least 4 times per week
• $11/hr (3-mth probation)
• $12/hr - $13/hr with CPF
• Progressive wage increment and inclusive of performance bonus

Job Description - Administration

• Support day-to-day administrative duties.
• Data entry, reporting and invoicing
• Report Uploading
• Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc
• Customer service support

Job Requirements -

• Must be able to commit till December 2024
• At least 4 times per week (Mon-Fri)
• Strong office administrative skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
