Part-Time Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative tasks given
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to follow through daily tasks
• Willingness to learn and a good team player
• Entry level, intern, temporary and contract are welcome to apply

Information:

• Hourly pay rate: $11 per hour
• Work days: 5 days work week (2-3 months contract)
• Work hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Work Location: Sungei Kadut (Taxi reimbursement given to and fro Yew Tee MRT)
