Job Description - Part-Time Admin (WFH)

We are a moving company providing reliable relocation and transportation services. We are looking for a responsible and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our daily administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Filing and organising company documents.
  • Printing and preparing daily work schedules.
  • Data entry and updating records accurately.
  • Perform general administrative duties and clerical support.
  • Use computer software and systems to complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use office software.
  • Mature, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Training will be provided and guidance will be given by management during the initial period.

Working Hours

  • Less than 35 hours per week.
  • Part-time position.
  • Flexible working arrangement.
  • No fixed working hours; employees are required to complete the assigned tasks within the given timeline.
  • Work-from-home arrangement available after completion of the initial training and familiarisation with work requirements.
  • Office location at Hougang
