We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and event schedules to ensure optimal time management and operational efficiency.
Arrange meeting invitations, prepare agendas where required, and coordinate scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor key deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of priorities.
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team across daily operations, projects, and business initiatives.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain organised records, documentation, and filing systems while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Research & Business Support
Conduct research, gather relevant information, and prepare concise reports or briefing materials to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Compile and analyse information from various sources to facilitate informed discussions and operational planning.
General Administration
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle ad hoc administrative assignments and special projects as required.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound judgement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong planning, coordination, and follow-through abilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
