🏢 Hybrid: 3 days in office (Tue–Thu)

Role

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, workshops, and events
• Manage logistics, registrations, vendors, budgets, and on-site support
• Assist with event marketing and communications
• Support lunchtime/evening events 3–4 times monthly (advance notice provided)

Requirements

• Diploma and above
• Strong English and Microsoft Office skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Available immediately
