Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties and data entry
• Manage appointments, referrals and scheduling
• Prepare, verify and maintain patient records and documentation
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Assist with billing, filing and report preparation when required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organisational information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
• Administrative experience will be an advantage but is not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Meticulous, responsible and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
