Part-Time Office & Store Assistant

1. Labelling & redressing of goods which include putting on small stickers on accurate position on the packaging: required good dexterity.

2. Packing and picking of goods for delivery which includes checking expiry date & batch number on the packaging: required reasonable good eyesight in close range & able read & understand simple English & Chinese

3. Receiving and transfer of goods from pallets to trolley and vehicle: required physical strength to carry goods of less than 15 kg.

4. Answering incoming phone calls: able to converse in simple English and Mandarin

5. Preparing and packing goods for courier and SingPost delivery : required to be able to write neatly and accurately

6. Data entry and processing Delivery Order: able to type in reasonable good speed & familiar with computer & printer operation.

7. Provide admin, sales & marketing support: Process basic Microsoft office skills in excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

8. Process e-commerce orders assist in updating listed products and input new products on website.
