🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm
Welcome visitors, manage visitor registration, and handle access cards/tags.
Answer and screen incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Manage incoming mail, courier arrangements, office supplies, and reception area upkeep.
Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, invoice processing, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on administrative and finance-related matters.
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage.
