Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalised product recommendations to meet their needs
• Identify customer preferences and suggest suitable fashion accessories and lifestyle merchandise
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system to ensure smooth checkout
• Replenish stock and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers
• Conduct inventory checks and organise stock to support efficient store operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards to create a welcoming retail environment
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
• Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities to boost sales
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed store sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail setting
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
