Patient Safety Manager (Up To $7K Central Region) - Part-Time

You will be supporting large-scale patient safety initiatives—working with clinical and industry partners, guiding improvement projects, and helping teams adopt practical improvement tools.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with domain experts to identify and reduce potential patient safety risks

• Support improvement project teams in defining goals, measures, and sustainability plans

• Plan and deliver training sessions on improvement methodology and tools

• Write and support PSQ-related proposals for funding applications (incl. literature review and environmental scanning)

• Manage the cluster improvement portal to encourage project registrations and selection

What we are looking for:

• Relevant Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in PSQ initiatives and project management

• Strong quality / process improvement, analytical, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with data management and statistical analysis

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
