Patient Service Associate / Clinic Assistant – Immediate Openings #HDC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and appointment coordination
• Handle queue ticket issuance and patient record administration
• Attend to billing enquiries and cashiering duties
• Schedule follow-up appointments and provide guidance on required tests or investigations
• Prepare and maintain clinic administrative reports
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments regarding patient-related matters
• Assist with front counter operations and end-of-day closing duties

Requirements

• Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma qualification
• Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided
• Able to commit for at least 3 months or more
• Candidates available to commence work on short notice are welcome
