Performance Specialist - Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Performance Specialist to help build and maintain an active online presence across various forums and community platforms.

This is a remote freelance position ideal for individuals who enjoy participating in online discussions, creating engaging content, and interacting with diverse online communities.

Responsibilities

As a Freelance Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating original forum posts across designated platforms.
• Posting thoughtful comments and replies to existing discussions.
• Actively participating in conversations within online communities.
• Engaging with community members in an authentic manner.
• Promoting assigned discussion topics or client-related content when instructed by the company.
• Following company guidelines and maintaining high-quality, natural interactions.

Weekly Performance Expectations

The successful freelancer will be expected to:

• Publish a minimum of 10 forum posts per week.
• Publish a minimum of 50 comments or replies per week.
• Log in and perform activities on at least two (2) separate days each week.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to write naturally and engage in meaningful discussions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to meet weekly activity targets.
• Previous experience with online forums, Reddit, community platforms, or similar online communities is a plus.
