Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations, including creating purchase orders while ensuring compliance and value for APAC operations
• Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and commercial terms
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Coordinate logistics for hardware deliveries and monitor shipment progress
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with Finance to process invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Support the APAC Procurement Manager on regional and global procurement initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports and support ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Around 3–5 years of procurement experience in technology procurement (hardware/software/infrastructure)
