Job Description - Personal Admin Assistant - Part-Time ($15/Hour)

Work Location: Newton

Work Hours: Mon - Fri (Flexible working hours, cater to your own schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting sales team to provide sales support for their own pool of clients & schedule appointments.
Learning from various departments to understand the nature of business.
Maintaining an updated client database & generating detailed weekly reports for review by senior management.
Submission of business & reimbursement policy forms with great efficiency.
Writing an essay report on current financial trends (if required).
Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

MUST be able to commit for minimally 1 month, convertible to full-time permanent role!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduated with Singapore Institution Recognised Diploma/A Levels/University Degree
