Personal Assistant - Assistant Executive(1-Year Contract) - Part-Time

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Handle day-to-day operation of the office reception duties and Circulating of EDM from building management
• Liaison with suppliers and contractors, proper filing of correspondence and contracts.
• Escort vendors for maintenance services to be carried out within office.
• Handle general administrative tasks including arrangement of offsite storage, management of phone lines & devices.
• Assist, obtain and handle office purchase such as stationeries, refreshments, etc.
• Ensure tidiness of the office and meeting rooms.
• Ensure office equipment (coffee machine, etc are functional and serviced on time.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and facilities duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experience in office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
