PERSONAL ASSISTANT (Insurance Industry)
📍 Location: Office-based | Hybrid working arrangement (to be discussed) 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 💰 Salary Range: SGD $2,800 – $3,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience) 📋 Trial Period: 2-Week Assessment Period (compensated on an hourly basis)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support within the insurance industry. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organise policy summaries and client documentation
Assist with checking, processing, and submitting administrative paperwork
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar schedules
Meet clients when required for document handover and signature collection
Handle calls, messages, and follow-up matters in a timely and professional manner
Manage reminders, travel arrangements, errands, and ad hoc personal tasks
Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of confidential records and documents
Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth business continuity
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal
Responsible, meticulous, and well-organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently
Prior experience in a PA, administrative, or client-facing role is an advantage
Remuneration
Starting salary is determined based on academic qualifications and/or relevant work experience:
Diploma holders or candidates with equivalent experience: SGD $2,500 - $2,800/month
Degree holders or candidates with equivalent experience: SGD $3,000- $3,500/month
Candidates with strong relevant experience: To be discussed
Final offer will be discussed during the interview process.
