Job Description - Personal Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description:

Administrative Duties (Paperwork Filing, Client Management, Scheduling)
Follow Up on New Proposals, Policy Servicing, Claims Management)
Submission of Forms and Documents
Create Training Materials, Simple Designing Duties
Prepare Meeting Slides & Record Meeting Minutes

Requirements:

Minimum Local Diploma or 'A' Levels (Undergrads Welcome)
Detail-Oriented and Meticulous
Microsoft Office Proficient
Sense of Responsibility
Work Independently
