Job Opportunity:
We're in search of a vibrant and highly organized part time Personal Assistant to become a part of our team. As a Personal Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with our Wealth Director in a dynamic and collaborative setting. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, have expertise in Canva and Excel, and possess telemarketing skills, we invite you to apply!
Roles and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                      - Manage and maintain executives' schedules and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Conduct research as needed on various topics
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Administrative Assistance:
-Offer administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Exacting Organization:
-Showcase precise organizational abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.                              Canva and Excel Proficiency:
-Utilize Canva and Excel for document creation, design, and data management.
Forward-Thinking Approach:
-Anticipate and address tasks, deadlines, and potential hurdles proactively.                                               -Participate in telemarketing tasks
 
Requirements:                                                                                                                                           -Diploma or equivalent certification.
-Diligent attention to detail and robust organizational abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft, Canva and Excel.
-Strong communication skills.
-Proactive attitude and the capacity to work autonomously.                                                                         -Able to converse in English and Chinese fluently.                                                                                       -A year of PA experience preferred.
