What You’ll Be Doing
Calendar & Daily Operations
Manage a busy schedule of client meetings, reviews, and internal appointments
Coordinate calls, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through
Arrange travel bookings, meeting logistics, and itineraries when required
Client Support & Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Support onboarding of new clients (documentation, reminders, basic checks)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
Administrative & Financial Support
Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and proposals
Organise confidential documents, contracts, and financial records
Support simple tracking of expenses, invoices, and payments
General Support
Anticipate needs and proactively handle ad hoc tasks
Liaise with internal teams, insurers, or external partners where required
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the consultant’s workflow
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
Bonus If You Have
Experience in financial services / insurance / wealth management
Basic understanding of financial products and documentation
