Responsibilities
• Prepare submissions to seek approval for the procurements of services and goods and manage the contracts including communications and engagements with the appointed vendors • Provide administrative support and coordinate the arrangement of airfare and accommodation for overseas experts to conduct meetings with/workshops. • Coordinate on staff training and development including overseas trips and workshops and staff engagements • Manage, compute, analyse and track budget for projects • Track and prepare reports on the outputs of the different teams and progress of the indicators • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Only Singaporeans • Diploma/Degree in any related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data entry purposes. • Experience in governement sector procurement/projects will be an added advantage
