Procurement Associate (Permanent) #HMS - Part-Time

📍 Location: Marina One
Position: Procurement Associate (Permanent)
Salary: Up to S$5,000

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations by raising purchase orders based on stakeholder requisitions while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Source, negotiate and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers, balancing cost, quality and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business procurement needs.
• Coordinate delivery logistics for external purchases and internally managed hardware shipments across APAC.
• Proactively monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics or delivery issues.
• Ensure all purchased goods and services comply with company standards, procurement policies and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Finance and suppliers to ensure timely invoice processing and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support the APAC Procurement Manager on regional and global procurement initiatives.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide support for ad-hoc projects.
