About the Job

• Coordinate and process project documentation and administrative workflows accurately.

• Participate in project briefings to record, draft, and distribute meeting minutes and action trackers.

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for project team members, managing IT access and hardware deployment.

• Provide necessary physical escorts for team members inside secure and restricted areas.

• Organize, track, and maintain the central project database and file repositories.

• Coordinate with facility operations and security personnel regarding site access, visitor scheduling, and building maintenance.

• Monitor progress and secure authorizations for pending internal administrative requests.

• Manage operational logistics for corporate events and internal meetings, including venue scheduling and technical setups.

• Executive miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks to support ongoing project needs.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, team administration, or office operations.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in record-keeping.

• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination.

• Ability to handle security clearances and follow strict operational protocols.

• Proficiency in handling documentation management systems and standard office software.
