Support meaningful learning initiatives while gaining valuable experience in programme administration and coordination.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and programme support for various learning and development initiatives within a structured organisation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination work, event support, and maintaining organised records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes and initiatives.
Assist in coordinating orientation programmes and related activities.
Support the planning and execution of organisational learning events, including logistical and administrative arrangements.
Maintain and manage programme records and documentation.
Assist in the migration and organisation of records within digital document management systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Prior experience in administrative support, programme coordination, learning and development, or event administration will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to S$2,400 per month (before CPF contributions)
Completion Bonus: Pro-rated completion bonus equivalent to 0.5 month's salary upon successful completion of the contract
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Work Location: Central Singapore
