Support the conceptualisation of conference programme, schedule, special showcases, and fringe programmes.
Engage internal and external stakeholders — public, private, community, and diplomatic sectors — to secure buy-in and alignment on strategic objectives.
Liaise with attending Committees on strategic and operational coordination, including drafting agreements and ensuring alignment with Committee law.
Plan hospitality logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
Perform secretariat duties for the client group, including liaison with external vendors, note-taking, records management, and logistical support.
Support post-event administrative processes, including feedback collection and report generation.
