Responsibilities
• Support coordination of AIR Programmes • Facilitate networking and connections for AIR • Coordinate travel arrangements for AIR • Support maintenance of studios • Manage budget and grant reporting • Assist with coordination of public programmes • Provide tours for public, students, and stakeholders • Draft texts and support production of communication materials • Support development and fundraising activities • Assist with a wide range of CCA matters and ad-hoc duties
Requirements
• Degree in Art, Design, Social Sciences and/or Humanities • 1-2 years of working experience in the arts/cultural sector • Excellent skills in time and project management • Work well within a team • Pro-active self-motivator requiring minimal supervision • Attention to detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Suite, Dropbox etc. • Proficiency in online communication tools • Demonstrated experience in grant applications and reporting • Good understanding of budget management and procurement processes
