Programme Executive (Talent Development) - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support talent development and scholarship-related initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, event support, and operational administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of programmes, events, and engagement initiatives

• Coordinate marketing and communication efforts for outreach activities

• Track programme outcomes, reports, and budget utilisation

• Provide administrative and operational support for talent development initiatives

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery

• Support application processing and onboarding activities for programme participants

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, documentation, and reporting requirements

• Assist with community engagement and career development initiatives

• Manage multiple workstreams and timelines effectively

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resource, Events Management, or related disciplines

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in programme coordination, events, administration, communications, or stakeholder management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
