Job Description - Project Coordinator (Business Operations) - Part-Time

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator (Business Operations) to support cross-functional initiatives within a leading global technology company. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across multiple teams to coordinate projects, support operational initiatives, maintain project visibility, and improve ways of working across teams. You will play a key role in ensuring projects remain organized, stakeholders stay aligned, and deliverables are executed effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are effectively managed.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, teams, and vendors to drive alignment and project progress.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers, escalating where necessary to maintain project momentum.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Prepare project status updates, reports, dashboards, and meeting summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, SOPs, workflows, and operational records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, Operations Support, or a related role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating project activities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting technical, operational, or cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to process improvement, workflow optimisation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, or project management environments.
