Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hour

Work Type: 12-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 5,200 per month + 1-month Completion Bonus

What you will be working on?

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Support the recruitment, coordination, and deployment of community volunteers and maintain accurate volunteer records.
• Assist in planning and coordinating community engagement programmes, outreach initiatives, and events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with community partners and stakeholders to support the implementation of emergency preparedness and community resilience initiatives.
• Prepare, maintain, and update reports, records, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, correspondence, and document management.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in any discipline with relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Possess good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
