Key Responsibilities
Attend to clients’ enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
Provide frontline support to walk-in clients
Assist with administrative and coordination duties for the team
Maintain proper documentation and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Support any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Candidates without a diploma but with relevant customer service or administrative experience are also welcome to apply
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple systems
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively
Able to interact professionally with members of the public
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
Off on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
