(1-Month Contract)
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Attend to walk-in visitors and maintain a neat, welcoming reception area
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, and coordinate courier and delivery services
• Register visitors and contractors in line with company site-access and safety procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including basic filing, scanning, and record-keeping
• Monitor and maintain canteen and pantry stock levels, and liaise with suppliers to replenish as needed
• Perform data entry and maintain proper, organised document filing (physical and digital)
• Support daily office operations, including liaison with building management and facilities vendors where required
• Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid, currently-issued work pass)
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage, but not required
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Good spoken and written English; able to communicate confidently with visitors, staff, and vendors
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Comfortable with light physical duties (e.g. handling deliveries, restocking pantry supplies)
• Available to start immediately or at short notice, given the contract duration
• Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided
