Receptionist Cum Coordinator Northeast Up $2500 - Part-Time

HIRING: RECEPTIONIST CUM COORDINATOR

LOCATION: NORTHEAST

SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

5.5 DAYS WORK WEEK (ALTERNATE SATURDAY)

SALARY RANGE: S$2000 - S$2500

Responsibilities:

• Answers all phone calls politely, and disseminates messages promptly when the staff is unavailable
• Assisting parents in locating their children in school, relay messages to classrooms, sending items from parents to children to the classrooms
• Providing necessary assistance to young primary school children such as contacting parents, sending birthday cakes up to classrooms etc..
• Assists the Directors in making appointments for meeting
• Directs walk-in customers to the Customer Service Executives promptly
• Assists Customer Service Department in ensuring that the brochures are available, updated and accurate
• Arranging dispatch items and coordinates all deliveries/postages
• Ensures a clean and tidy reception area
• Other duties as assigned

• Passion for children
• Able to work independently
