Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Support business development initiatives through market research, lead generation, and relationship building
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market developments
