Job Summary

Support the Human Resources and Operations team by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding frontline security personnel. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic security industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment platforms to identify suitable talent for frontline security roles
• Conduct face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates’ attitude, communication skills, reliability, and job fit
• Assess candidates objectively to determine suitability for specific roles based on defined criteria
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the Operations team to understand and fulfill manpower requirements
• Assist in staff onboarding and orientation to facilitate effective integration into the company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and HR records for reporting and compliance
• Support HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Commitment to internship for at least 3 months (6 months preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to manage recruitment and HR documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with diverse candidates
• Ability to build rapport quickly and conduct professional interviews
• Good judgment to assess candidates objectively and handle difficult conversations maturely
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
