Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Break from 1:00 – 2:00 PM)

About Us:

We are The Riders’ Collective, a motorcycle rental and workshop company serving riders in Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. This role is fully remote, with a strong focus on managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting our operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection and return processes for motorcycle rentals, including documentation and system updates.
• Handle all administrative processes such as creating rental agreements, preparing invoices, bills, and credit notes.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, documents, and correspondence.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administrative or operations roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with remote work and digital collaboration tools.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
