Job Summary

This role focuses on onboarding new merchants, supporting them through calls and emails, and driving activation through telesales and cross-selling while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming applications and onboard new merchants
• Support merchants via calls and emails with guidance and updates
• Conduct telesales and cross-sell to boost merchant activation
• Work with internal teams to improve onboarding and merchant experience

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A level qualification
• Experience in the F&B industry or office administration
• Background in sales and customer service

Other Information

• Location: One-north (Transport provided at One-north MRT & Buona Vista MRT)
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
• Salary: Up to $2,100
