Sales & Marketing Support - Part-Time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing and Sales department in maintaining and preparation of sales date/reports, management and business reports, as well as updating of price list, preparation of any letter or documents etc.
• Liaise/coordinate with our brand principals in matters related to marketing materials, shipments documentations, repairs, and any other related matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• In charge of sourcing and preparation of gifting needs.
• Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Assist in event planning and/or involvement in managing, organizing, and attending events, as and when necessary
• Support maintenance of social media accounts.
• Perform administrative duties (eg. coordination for transportation and hotel, etc.)
• Managing the packing/inventory of incoming and outgoing marketing materials.
• Visual Merchandising updates/maintenances for all point of sales.
• Follow up with contractors on newly open/renovated point of sales.
• And other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE qualification
• At least 1 year of working experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Meticulous with a flair for numbers
• Meticulous, well-organized, able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver results.
