• Salary: $2,760 per month

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative and operational support for sustainability programmes, campaigns, events, and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and publicity content to support sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, students, staff, and external partners for sustainability-related activities and events.
• Maintain sustainability records, databases, and project documentation.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including volunteer programmes, community outreach, and sustainability awareness campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines, track action items, and follow up on project deliverables.
• Provide logistical and on-site support for meetings, workshops, exhibitions, learning journeys, and sustainability events.
• Perform other sustainability-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
