School Admin Executive (Ang Mo Kio) - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Administer module / course configuration and course intake creation in STEP
• Create make-up sessions in STEP
• Administer weekly closing of course intakes, check and verify the assessment records
• Assist trainers with issues encountered in STEP  
• Provide administrative and management support, including morning duty
• Create and maintain weekly class schedules
• Manage soft booking of trainers for training deployment
• Monitor inventory of training resources (e.g., learner’s guides, assessment documents)
• Administer classroom reservation and allocation according to training schedules

Requirements:

• Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Relevant experience in administering Student Management Portal, e.g. STEP
• At least a diploma certificate or above
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in student administration/school settings

Working Hours: Office Hours

Contract Period: 3 months (option to extend for another 3 months)

Salary: $2580/month (will be revised to $2760 w.e.f 1 July 2026)
