School Admin Staff - Part-Time

• Location: Pioneer
• Work Timing: Office Hours
• Salary: $2,700per month
• Duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with admission and application matters for graduate research/coursework programmes.
• Check and verify students' documents.
• Check and validate application details, ensuring information is correctly recorded in the system.
• Follow up on outstanding documents via email.
• Maintain accurate student records through data entry and database updates.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a GCE 'A' Level
• Prior administrative experience would be an advantage
