School Admin Support Officer - Part-Time

Job Scope:

• Receptionist functions & front-desk operations
• Coordinate transport services
• Provide logistics coordination
• Handle students who are ill or injured, including accompany students to hospital (when necessary only)
• Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in and email queries
• Mail sorting
• Simple administrative works such as filing
• Assist in processing Financial Assistance Scheme for students
• Other duties or financial tasks assigned by administrationmanager or school leaders.

Requirements:

• Possess a GCE “N” Level certificate or equivalent;
• Microsoft office skills;
• Great communication skills
• Experience in administration
• First Aid certification will be preferred

Working Hours: 
Shift 1

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm,inclusive of 1hr lunch break

OR

Shift 2

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm,inclusive of 1hr lunch break

*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027 (Option to extend from 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028)
