School Customer Service - Part-Time

• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: $2,760 per month
• Duration: 11 months (ASAP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings, seminars, training sessions, staff suggestion initiatives, and innovation and quality-related activities.
• Support the planning and execution of departmental and organisation-wide events.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and over the counter in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently by following established procedures and service standards.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support departmental and organisational needs.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum a Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in customer service, including handling general enquiries and responding to simple email enquiries, is an advantage
