Senior Accounts & Admin Executive - Part-Time

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing the local entity accounts and group administrative functions. This will involve:

1. Generating monthly financial and management reports
2. Cash flow reporting and budgeting
3. HR and payroll functions
4. Purchasing function
5. Day-to-day operation of the general office and finance administration of group
6. Assist director in general administration and secretarial works.
7. Assist in sales quotation and also some shipping and customer service area.
8. Book keeping for local entity (Familiar with MYOB is an added advantage)
9. Keep track of stock and inventory.

Requirements

1. Min GCE ‘A’ / Certificate in Business / LCCI Higher / Diploma or equivalent
2. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
3. Able to uphold confidentiality
4. Independent worker with Good attitude
5. 2 to 3 days work-week (flexible to work remotely or work from office)
6. Retirees, Seniors, and Part-timers are welcomed.
7. Unable to sponsor work permit (Malaysians are welcomed to work remotely from Peninsula Malaysia)
