📍 Location: Shenton Way (Near Tanjong Pagar MRT)
📅 Contract Duration: Immediate start until 30 June 2027
💰 Salary: S$4,500 – S$4,800/month
🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 month's salary upon successful completion of the contract (subject to terms)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage non-trade invoices and staff claims, including invoice routing via DocuSign and payment processing.
• Prepare supporting schedules for GL journals and review accounting entries.
• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations and maintain schedules.
• Prepare bi-weekly SGD cash flow projections.
• Handle quarterly GST return preparation and submission.
• Support annual audit activities, including audit confirmations.
• Assist with personal and corporate tax administration.
• Review lease accounting and related postings for expatriate apartments.
• Administer GIRO payments and finance documentation.
• Coordinate loan facility documentation and other finance-related administrative matters.
• Liaise with outsourced accounting service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
