Senior Executive Assistant (Healthcare Industry) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process applications for financial assistance programmes that support financially needy cancer patients
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Medical Social Workers, healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external stakeholders
• Implement robust measures to safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive financial and medical information
• Provide guidance to applicants, healthcare staff, and other stakeholders on fund eligibility criteria, application requirements, and application procedures
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience
