Job Summary

You will partner with clinical department leaders to develop and manage clinical services, drive operational and financial performance, support clinical transformation, and lead projects that enhance patient care and service growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Heads of Clinical Departments to develop and manage clinical services across the care continuum, identifying and driving growth opportunities for new and existing services
• Jointly accountable with Clinical Division Chair and department heads to meet business, financial, and operational performance targets, including patient workload, financial outcomes, appointment and surgical lead times, and patient care results
• Support clinical transformation initiatives to improve patient access, enable early detection and timely intervention, optimize value-based care outcomes, and reduce out-of-network referrals
• Lead change management efforts and partner with stakeholders to develop and implement clinical projects with shared action plans
• Drive the development and implementation of the Cancer Care ecosystem across NHG Health and PHI sites to serve the Central North population
• Develop and execute business plans and marketing strategies to increase clinical workload and meet organizational and population health needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and procure medical equipment supporting clinical services
• Manage and analyze data related to departmental performance indicators to inform decision-making
• Demonstrate leadership in embracing change and aligning departmental goals with hospital business objectives
• Support corporate activities beyond office hours as needed
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging staff to enhance processes for operational excellence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in any discipline
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in service or healthcare-related industries
• Knowledge of hospital operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage projects independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning and follow-through
• Proficient in project management, time management, and numerical analysis
• Knowledge of computer software applications
• Knowledge of statistics
