Senior Manager, Energy Division

💰 Salary: S$8,000 – S$10,000 (depending on experience)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
📅 Work Arrangement: Office Hours (Weekend travel may be required for business trips)
📍 Office: 1 HarbourFront Place

Requirements

• Min Degree in Maritime Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry.
• Strong business development, stakeholder management, and project management experience.
• Willing to travel within the Asia/Oceania region when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and expand opportunities for Group's Energy Division across Singapore and the Asia/Oceania region.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and business partners.
• Lead and coordinate commercial shipping operations and manage new business projects as the project manager.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing and new initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Group's regional teams across Asia/Oceania to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze developments in regional energy policies, market trends, and industry conditions, and prepare regular reports for senior management and Line Headquarters in .
• Undertake additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.
