Job Description - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Partner #HDC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, networking platforms, educational institutions, and industry events.
  • Create compelling job advertisements to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Perform reference checks and support hiring decisions with well-rounded candidate evaluations.
  • Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Support internship and talent development programmes where required.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition strategies.
  • Undertake other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
