Job Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibilities for repairing and testing of products.
• Managing the tools up keep and calibration.
• Managing work orders, quotations, and Invoicing of service.
• Managing Repair Centre Up keep, Housekeeping & Cleanliness.
• Managing spare parts inventory planning, ordering, and receiving.
• Working with Switzerland and other business companies for all repairs related work requirement.
• Using MD S&R to manage the repair activity.
• Performing on site commissioning (installation) and maintenance of medical devices.
• Up to 25% of international travel may be required.
• You might be required to work on weekend, once in a while
• Tracking warranties of instruments.
• Performing on-site or over the phone Customer Support.
• Managing Service Logistics (inwards and out wards repairs).

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Diploma/Degree in any Field with minimum 1 year of experience in a field service or technician role.
• Ability to trouble-shoot.
• Basic Microsoft office skills
