Show Flat Assistant - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in arranging the sales gallery and showflat setup as well as managing logistics.
• Prepare necessary sales booking paperwork and organize administrative setup in designated rooms.
• Monitor for unauthorized access and oversee agents' adherence to showflat regulations.
• Handle reception duties, address walk-in inquiries, and manage the scheduling and documentation of viewing appointments.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during property viewings.
• Supervise cleaning staff and security personnel, providing guidance on maintenance standards as per management directives.
• Coordinate logistical activities onsite between sales and marketing teams from headquarters.
• Maintain an updated inventory of furniture, equipment, and brochures onsite.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of sales gallery and showflats, promptly reporting any defects and following up with interior designers and contractors.
